MWM and ISO boycotted the conference organized by Commissioner Karachi regarding Muharram ul Haram. According to reports, MWM regarded it as a violation of Nation Action Plan to invite the leader of banned organization in an important meeting called by the Commissioner of Karachi regarding Muharram ul Haram. “Inviting the leader of the banned organization, involved in killing of both Shia and Sunni leaders, showed that Commissioner Karachi and Sindh Government have been their defenders and guarding their interests”, MWM spokesperson said. He added “Commissioner Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui and Sindh government will be responsible for any untoward incident during Muharram”.
