Iran Ready to Give Pakistan a ‘Blank Cheque’ for Regional Peace Efforts: Larijani

Shiite News :Iran is prepared to give Pakistan a “blank cheque” to facilitate peace and cooperation in the region, said Iranian national security chief Ali Larijani.
In an interview with Pakistani journalist Asma Shirazi, he was asked what role Iran could play in promoting peace between Pakistan and India or Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Larijani responded that Pakistan is immensely dear to the Iranian nation, and Tehran is ready to grant Islamabad full authority to utilize Iran’s support whenever needed. He said Iran views Pakistan as an honourable and trusted partner in the region.
