Visit of Iranian High-Level Delegation Is Encouraging: Allama Syed Ali Baniamin Naqvi

Shiite News: Senior leader of Shia Ulema Council Pakistan, Allama Syed Ali Baniamin Naqvi, has termed the visit of Iran’s high-level security and diplomatic delegation to Pakistan as highly encouraging, especially in the country’s current circumstances. He said the visit can open new avenues for peace, trade, and mutual trust across the region.
He added that Pakistan today needs a foreign policy rooted in sovereignty, neighbourly relations, economic stability, and regional cooperation. Calling Iran a reliable neighbour, he said immense potential exists in energy, trade, border security and economic partnership.
Naqvi urged Pakistan to utilize this opportunity to move forward on trade corridors, energy projects, and enhanced security cooperation to transform the region into a hub of peace and stability.
He prayed that the visit strengthens bilateral trust and contributes to joint development, urging the Pakistani state to take wise decisions prioritizing national interest.
