Seerat-e-Tayyiba Carries the Message of Mercy, Love, and Unity: Allama Arif Wahidi

Shiite News: Deputy Commissioner Attock organized a grand Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference in which central Vice President of Shia Ulema Council Pakistan, senior leader of Milli Yakjehti Council, and member of divisional and district peace committees, Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi, delivered an inspiring address emphasizing that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a mercy for all creation.
Allama Wahidi said that Allah Almighty sent the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as Rahmatul-lil-Alameen—mercy for all the worlds.
“We are followers of the Prophet (PBUH) and belong to the Ummah of Khatam-un-Nabiyyin (the final Prophet), therefore, the Ummah of Muhammad (PBUH) is the last, the best, and the most beloved before Allah, which the Qur’an calls the Ummah Wahidah (one community),” he said.
He added, “When we recite La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah, we are making a solemn pledge to stay steadfast on the Prophet’s divine mission.
We must not create conflict or disorder in the world but spread mercy, love, brotherhood, and unity by following the Seerat (life example) of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).”
Allama Wahidi warned that those who promote sectarianism, takfir, or disunity are criminals not only in the eyes of Islam but also under the Constitution of Pakistan.
“Those who work for unity among Muslims are, in fact, performing an act of worship. Through their efforts, Islam gains strength, the Ummah achieves solidarity, and Pakistan becomes stronger,” he said.
Commending the Attock district administration for successfully organizing the event, he said that such programs promoting harmony and cooperation among different schools of thought in the Ummah must be further encouraged.
He emphasized that the Shia Ulema Council has always upheld the flag of unity and, along with scholars of various sects, played an active role in promoting love, brotherhood, and peace across the nation.
Also present at the conference were Deputy Commissioner Attock, District Police Officer, and prominent scholars including Maulana Mahmood-ul-Hassan Touhidi, Qari Ibrar Hussain Qadri, Maulana Siddiqui, Pir Saadat Ali Shah, Maulana Abdul Rehman, and Anees Ahmed, who also addressed the gathering and elaborated on the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH).
