Media Accused of False Reporting in Karachi Killings, Community Demands Apology

Shiite News: Regarding the killing of two citizens in Lyari Karachi at the hands of Wasi Lakho group (BLA supported) for not paying extortion, media falsely accused Zainabiyoun and neighboring country Iran, trying to spread sectarian conflict in the country.

The Shia community clarified that these reports are contrary to facts and demanded apology from media organizations Fitna E Ummat, Express and Geo News.
They said that the killing of two citizens is tragic, but spreading lies is a bigger sin which can endanger more innocent lives.

Police and local leaders have appealed to people not to believe unverified news and forced media to do responsible reporting so that social peace can be maintained.
