MWM leader slams Israel’s history of violations

Shiite News: Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen leader Allama Syed Baqir Abbas Zaidi expressed deep concern over the recent ceasefire agreement between Israel and Palestinian resistance, calling it another deceptive maneuver by Israel meant to mislead global opinion.
He said Israel’s long record of violating international agreements and UN resolutions proves it cannot be trusted. “Those acting as guarantors in this ceasefire must ensure Israel adheres to the accord and protects the fundamental human and national rights of Palestinians,” he emphasized.
Allama Zaidi clarified that ceasefire does not mean abandoning the cause. “The liberation of Palestine and the protection of Al-Quds are matters of faith and dignity for the Muslim Ummah. Until Palestinians achieve their right to self-determination and an independent state, the struggle must continue.”
He urged the United Nations, the OIC, and the international community to take meaningful steps for a permanent and just solution to the Palestinian issue. “Raising the voice for Palestine is not merely political activism, it is worship and a moral duty upon every believer,” he concluded.
