Terrorist Attack on Ameer Ahl-e-Sunnat in Gilgit a Result of Global Conspiracies: Agha Ali Rizvi

Shiite News: President of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Gilgit-Baltistan, Agha Ali Rizvi, has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Ameer Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat Gilgit, terming it a heinous attempt to sabotage the peace and unity of the region.
In a statement issued from his media cell, Agha Rizvi said the tragic incident is a direct outcome of the global conspiracies orchestrated by imperialist powers, particularly the United States, aimed at destabilizing Gilgit-Baltistan.
He noted that such nefarious tactics have been repeatedly used in the past to loot regional resources, deny the people their rightful due, and divert attention from a collective and united national narrative.
Agha Rizvi pointed out that the atmosphere of unity recently established through the participation of Shia scholars in the Diamer Dam sit-in and the joint presence of scholars from all schools of thought — especially from Diamer — in the Sust protest, has become intolerable for anti-national and regional enemies.
He emphasized that whether it is support for Palestine, rejection of conspiracies to recognize the Zionist regime, resistance against handing over Gilgit-Baltistan’s mineral wealth to the United States, or the struggle for regional rights, scholars of all sects are standing together, following Qur’anic teachings and promoting unity and harmony.
Agha Rizvi vowed that all religious scholars would jointly counter these sinister conspiracies and would preserve the atmosphere of unity at all costs.
He demanded that security institutions take immediate action to arrest the perpetrators involved in this shameful attack and ensure they receive exemplary punishment.
