MWM Holds Protest in Support of Gaza’s Freedom

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Karachi President Allama Sheikh Muhammad Sadiq Jafari has said that the 250 million people of Pakistan completely reject Donald Trump’s so-called peace plan, declaring that “We want Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s Pakistan, not Trump’s Pakistan.”
Addressing a protest demonstration held after Friday prayers outside Jamia Masjid Haider-e-Karrar, Orangi Town, along with Allama Mubashir Hassan, Allama Sadiq Jafari said that Trump’s so-called peace plan not only denies the fundamental rights of the Palestinian nation but is also a deeply organized conspiracy by Zionists and Western powers against the oppressed people of Gaza.
He said the plan is a calculated attempt to politically isolate Gaza, economically cripple it, and destroy it on a humanitarian level, with the goal of silencing the voice of resistance.
The MWM leaders declared that efforts to remove Gaza from the political map are completely unacceptable and violate international law, UN resolutions, and basic human rights.
They said the plan’s attempt to present the partition, annexation, and isolation of Gaza as a “solution” is actually a way to legitimize the occupation.
The ongoing blockade, economic sanctions, and continuous military assaults are all practical steps of this plan — amounting to collective punishment of millions of oppressed Gazans.
Allama Jafari warned that the Palestinian resistance fighters will not fall for this deception, and any Muslim rulers who support Trump’s agenda are betraying the cause of Palestine.
The leaders strongly condemned Israel’s seizure of the Global Samoud Flotilla, the arrest of Senator Mushtaq Ahmed, and the detention of over 150 unarmed activists, demanding their immediate release.
They said that the American and Zionist occupying forces have shed the blood of countless innocent people on the sacred land of the Prophets — Palestine — and warned the Pakistani rulers not to imitate certain Arab monarchs who have sold out the Palestinian cause.
They emphasized that the resistance movements in Palestine are exercising their legitimate right of defense against the usurping Zionist state. “The United States and European powers are not well-wishers of peace in the Middle East.
Trump’s so-called peace proposals must be categorically rejected by all Arab and Muslim countries,” they asserted.
The leaders called upon the international community, United Nations, Islamic countries, and human rights organizations to stand firmly against this dangerous and inhumane conspiracy rather than becoming part of it.
They stressed that immediate and effective steps must be taken to protect the rights of the people of Gaza. “We will continue to raise our voice for the complete liberation of Palestine, recognition of Al-Quds as its capital, and the right of self-determination for all Palestinians,” they vowed.
At the end of the protest, participants burned American and Israeli flags to express their anger and rejection of the Zionist-American conspiracy.
