Pakistan hostage to ignorant and dishonest rulers, says Agha Syed Baqir Al-Hussaini

Shiite News: Deputy Imam of Friday Skardu and President of Anjuman-e-Imamiya Baltistan, Agha Syed Baqir Al-Hussaini, condemned the current leadership, declaring Pakistan hostage to ignorant, dishonest and deceitful rulers who serve the interests of America, Jews, and Christians for the sake of power.
Delivering Friday sermon at Jamia Masjid Skardu, he praised the awareness and resistance of the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, supporting their anti-corruption protests and urging the government to act before external enemies exploit the unrest.
He strongly criticized the Trump plan and the cowardly silence of Arab regimes, while appreciating the courageous stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He called upon the people of Gilgit-Baltistan to rise in awareness and sacrifice, like Azad Kashmiris, to reclaim their rights.
On land reforms, he demanded only reforms based on people’s rights would be acceptable, rejecting any government-imposed pressure. He urged the government to implement agreements made after the 90-day Sash Border protest by traders.
Agha Baqir condemned Zionist atrocities on aid convoys, including the arrest of 200 activists such as Senator Mushtaq, calling it evidence of rulers’ moral weakness and Islamic dishonor.
