Major progress in Skardu, Government announcement of the launch of 100 MW solar project

Shiite News: Home Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Asghar Ali Shah along with Deputy Commissioner Skardu Hamza Murad and Deputy Commissioner Shigar Arif Hussain met Imam Juma Skardu Allama Sheikh Muhammad Hassan Jafri in his office and discussed various issues.

Allama Sheikh Muhammad Hassan Jafri while welcoming the guests expressed his best wishes and said that government responsibilities are a great trust from Allah Almighty, which is the first duty of every dutiful official to utilize for public service and national interest.

On this occasion, the delegation paid tribute to the practical efforts of Allama Sheikh Muhammad Hassan Jafari for promoting inter-Muslim unity in the region and called him a symbol of peace, brotherhood and harmony.

The delegation said that the government is going to launch a 100 MW solar project in Skardu soon, as a result of which the long-standing electricity problems will be overcome. On this occasion, other important public and social issues of the region were also discussed in detail.
