Terrorist of Lal Masjid and Sons of Ghazi Rasheed held with arms, army uniforms
Police and paramilitary Rangers on Wednesday recovered arms and military uniforms from three suspects, including two sons of Lal Masjid cleric, Abdul Rasheed Ghazi, who was killed during 2007 army action.
According to media report, police and Rangers personnel carried out a joint operation in the federal capital during which they stopped and searched a suspected vehicle.
“We have recovered weapons and army uniforms from the car and arrested three suspects including Haroon Rasheed and Haris Rasheed who were onboard the vehicle,” a police official told.
Ghazi was killed during 2007 army operation in the mosque that was under the administration of the cleric and his brother.
