Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Meets KP CM to Discuss Kurram’s Security

Shiite News:The head of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, along with Member National Assembly from Kurram, Engineer Hamid Hussain, held an important meeting with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in Peshawar.
Provincial President Allama Jahanzeb Ali Jafri and Tehsil Chairman Parachinar, Agha Mazamil Hussain Fasih, were also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the security situation in Kurram district, the lack of development projects, and the problems faced by local government institutions.
MNA Engineer Hamid Hussain informed the Chief Minister that funds are not being provided for Tehsil Municipal Administrations (TMAs) and union councils in the district, while even essential facilities are missing at the tehsil council level.
He further added that the provincial government has not initiated any significant development project in Kurram, leaving the people in deep disappointment.
He stressed that Kurram is not only plagued by law and order challenges but also completely deprived of development initiatives, which is fueling public frustration against the government.
In response, KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur assured the delegation that all issues of Kurram district would be addressed on a priority basis.
He also pledged to allocate funds for development projects as well as for strengthening local government institutions.
