Grand Eid Milad-un-Nabi Rally in Jacobabad Highlights Shia–Sunni Unity, Calls for Muslim Solidarity Against Zionism
Shiite News: On the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), a grand rally was organized by Bab al-Hawaij Trust from ADC Colony, Jacobabad. The rally was led by Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, Central Leader of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan, Syed Ghulam Shabbir Naqvi, Provincial Vice President of the Azadari Wing, and Pir-e-Tariqat Engineer Eid Muhammad Domki, representing the Sunni community.
The rally witnessed a large turnout of Shia and Sunni Muslims, who expressed their deep devotion and love for the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Speaking on the occasion, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was sent as a mercy for all mankind. He emphasized that the Prophet’s noble character teaches forgiveness, patience, knowledge, generosity, and courage. He urged the Muslim Ummah to unite on the Prophet’s teachings to resist anti-Islamic forces, particularly the Zionist regime of Israel and the United States.
Syed Ghulam Shabbir Naqvi highlighted that the joint participation of Shia and Sunni brothers in the rally was clear proof that the people of Pakistan reject sectarianism and desire the establishment of a united Ummah.
Pir-e-Tariqat Engineer Eid Muhammad Domki, representing the Sunni community, stressed that Shias and Sunnis are brothers and two inseparable wings of the Muslim Ummah. He offered heartfelt tributes to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and prayed for Muslim unity, Pakistan’s security, and the victory of oppressed Muslims, especially in Palestine.
The event reflected the spirit of Unity Week as envisioned by Imam Khomeini (RA), who emphasized Eid Milad-un-Nabi as a source of Muslim solidarity.
