3 more takfiri terrorists of Safoora incident handed over to police on physical remand

Karachi police presented 3 criminals Hussain Umar Shibli, Sultan Qamar Roomi and Naeem Sajid (also known as Peena), arrested for Safoora incident, in anti-terrorism court.

Innestigation officer requested in the court to hand over criminals to them and said that Sultan Qamar Roomi is deputy director at Fisheries department and he supported terrorists, provided them arms and managed their housing despite being a government officer.

Police claimed that criminals of Safoora incident have revealed the involvement of Sultan Qamar Siddiqui and arms dealer Naeem Sajid in arms smuggling, they had links with Sultan Qamar Roomi’s brother Hussain Qamar Siddiqui and it was through him that they took arms from Sultan Qamar.

The court accepted the request of investigation officer and gave all 3 criminals into police custody on physical remand. It should be clear that 5 criminals had already been in custody in Safoora incident case.
