MWM Forms Committees for Flood Victims’ Relief and Rehabilitation

Shiite News: Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) has established committees at the provincial and district levels to ensure timely relief and rehabilitation for flood-affected families.
A meeting was held at the provincial secretariat of Central Punjab, Lahore, chaired by Provincial Secretary for Political Affairs, Syed Hussain Zaidi.
The session was attended by senior provincial leaders including Allama Syed Ghazanfar Ali Naqvi (Provincial Office In-charge), Syed Fasahat Bukhari (Provincial Secretary Finance), Sheikh Imran (Provincial Secretary Welfare), District President Najam Khan, and Divisional President of Wahdat Youth, Naqi Haider, along with other provincial and district officials.
During the meeting, an organizing committee at the provincial level was formed to oversee relief camps for flood victims.
The committee includes Provincial President Allama Syed Ali Akbar Kazmi, Allama Syed Ghazanfar Ali Naqvi, Syed Hussain Zaidi, Syed Hassan Raza Kazmi (Secretary Political Affairs), Syed Fasahat Bukhari (General Secretary), Sheikh Imran Ali (Finance Secretary), and Sheikh Imran (Welfare Secretary).
At the district level in Lahore, a 23-member organizing committee was formed to set up six relief camps across the city to support flood-affected families.
MWM leaders emphasized that practical measures will immediately be implemented to provide emergency relief, rehabilitation, and direct support to the affected families.
