Iranian President expresses sympathy to Pakistani Prime Minister, offers cooperation for flood victims

Shiite News: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian telephoned the Prime Minister of Pakistan and expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the recent flood situation and the loss of life and property to the government and people of Pakistan.

On this occasion, Pezzekiyan said that the government and people of Iran stand with the Pakistani government and people and are ready for all possible cooperation.

He added that the wonderful hospitality and constructive talks of the Pakistani leadership and people during the recent visit to Islamabad reflect that the relations between the two countries are based on historical, brotherly and mutual respect.

The Iranian President further said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is always ready to provide any kind of relief, cooperation and humanitarian services so that the difficulties of the flood victims can be alleviated.

He also said that standing with each other in difficult times is not only a requirement of Islamic brotherhood but also further strengthens the deep ties and mutual trust between the two countries.

The Pakistani Prime Minister thanked the Iranian President on this occasion and described the message of cooperation and sympathy from Iran as encouraging for the Pakistani people.
