Imam Zainul Abidin Institute organized a ceremony to commemorate the death anniversary of the martyred leader
Shiite News: The 37th death anniversary of the martyred leader Allama Syed Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini was observed at the Imam Zainul Abidin Institute of Quranic and Ahlul Bayt Studies, Mehrabpur, Sindh, Pakistan. Central General Secretary Zakir Ali Sheikh expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the respected scholars and attendees. He said that the martyred leader Allama Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini himself chose martyrdom. We firmly believe that the death of a martyr revives a nation. A martyr does not die in the true sense, but awakens the spirit of the nation.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and a prayer, which was offered by Maulana Muhammad Ali Burro. Imam Khomeini not only expressed deep sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of Allama Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini, but also called him his “son.” He stressed to the Pakistani people that it is everyone’s responsibility to keep the thoughts of the martyr alive. Today, the dedicated and visionary youth of the Imam Zainul Abideen Institute are actively working to preserve the thoughts and legacy of the martyr.
In his address, the member of the Supervisory Board, Qibla Maulana Imdad Hussain Shujai, said that Allama Syed Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini was not only a sincere leader but also a true scholar. His efforts remained focused on the will of God, and whoever works for the cause of God follows His divine will. The martyr constantly preached unity and brotherhood, exhorting people to unite and connect hearts instead of dividing them.
The martyrdom of Allama Syed Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini (RA) was the result of his unwavering stand against the oppressors and his steadfastness in the cause of truth.
Now it is our duty to follow their example and live according to their principles. Respected Manzar Abbas and Respected Syed Fakhar Abbas Shah presented a passionate national song while paying tribute to the martyrs. The ceremony concluded with a prayer for Imam-e-Zaman (AS).
