Allama Raja Nasir reached Karachi to lead Zaireen March
Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen head Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari has reached Karachi and has announced that a march will be held from Karachi to Rimdan Border with pilgrims tomorrow.
Caravans of pilgrims from all over the country have started reaching Karachi, who want to go to Iran and Iraq through Rimdan Border for pilgrimage on the occasion of Arbaeen.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari expressed his determination that he will ensure the protection of the religious and constitutional rights of pilgrims and will not allow the routes of Ramdan Border to be closed.
He said, “The government’s decision to stop Arbaeen pilgrims is unacceptable, pilgrimage is an act of worship for us and no restrictions on it will be tolerated.”
On the other hand, Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen parliamentary leader in parliament, Engineer Hameed Hussain, demanded that foolproof security be provided to pilgrims going to the Ramdan border.
He said that it is the responsibility of the government to ensure the safety of pilgrims and any negligence in this regard is unacceptable.
Historic protest march from Karachi to Ramdan announced in favor of pilgrims
This march is being held as a protest against the decision of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, which banned the movement of Arbaeen pilgrims through land routes.
