Protest rally in Bhalwal against ban on land travel for pilgrims

Shiite News: Various organizations of Fiqh Jafariya took out a protest rally against the ban on land travel to Iran and Iraq, in which the participants shouted slogans demanding the lifting of the ban.

According to the details, the rally started from the Central Imambargah and reached Munshi Chowk Bhalwal.

A large number of citizens participated in the rally, who were protesting against the ban on land travel to Iran and Iraq imposed by the Pakistani government.

The protesters said that the government has imposed a ban on land travel for pilgrims using the current domestic and regional situation as a justification, which is affecting millions of pilgrims.

They said that stopping the pilgrimage by land is tantamount to a ban on religious freedom.

The participants demanded that the government immediately lift this ban so that the lovers of Ahlul Bayt can perform their religious duties and devotional journey.

The rally was led by Maulana Ghulam Jafar Qomi, Syed Zaheer Abbas Shah and other scholars and leaders. The protesters were holding placards and banners with anti-government slogans in their hands. The participants enthusiastically chanted slogans and repeated their demands and made it clear that they would not give up their religious rights.
