ISO Organizes 53rd Annual Youm-e-Hussain (AS) at Nishtar Medical University

Shiite News: The annual 53rd “Youm-e-Hussain (AS)” was organized at Nishtar Medical University under ISO Multan Pakistan, in which students, teachers and guest personalities participated in full.

The conference was attended by renowned religious scholar Allama Syed Shahenshah Hussain Naqvi, Vice Chancellor of the university Dr. Mehnaz Khakwani, Director of Students Affairs Dr. Syed Ahmar Hussain, Principal Allied Health Sciences Dr. Abdul Sattar Anjum, Principal Nursing College Ms. Qamar-un-Nisa, Head of Gynecology Department Dr. Syeda Ali, Director Management Dr. Aamir Asad, Dr. Sajjad Raza, Dr. Altaf Baqir and Dr. Ali Ahmed Naqvi.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Allama Syed Shahenshah Hussain Naqvi, while shedding light on the uprising of Imam Hussain (a.s.), said that if Imam Hussain (a.s.) had not risen, the collective form of Islam would have been distorted.

The martyrdom of Imam (a.s.) and his Ahlul Bayt and Ansar gave new life to Islam. He said that today’s Gaza is presenting a picture of Karbala, in which the Islamic world, except for Iran, Hezbollah of Lebanon and the resistance resistance of Egypt, has failed to fulfill its responsibility.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Mehnaz Khakwani said that Karbala teaches us a lesson in freedom and resistance.

This battle teaches us that no matter how difficult the circumstances are, raising our voice against oppression is the true faith.
She said that the resistance of the oppressed people of Gaza is actually a continuation of the message of Karbala, and Muslims should play the role of Hussein at this time and fully support the people of Gaza.

A large number of students of Nishtar University participated in the conference. The students also presented Manqabat, Qaseeda and Marsha, which made the atmosphere of the gathering very impressive.
