Foreign Ministry Strongly Condemns Zionist Attack on South Lebanon

Shiite News: Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry has said in its condemnation statement that the Israeli airstrikes on South Beirut and areas of South Lebanon on the night of Eid al-Adha are a violation of international law and Lebanon’s sovereignty.

The Israeli attacks are a clear violation of the ceasefire in November 2024 and the use of uncontrolled force is endangering civilian lives and affecting regional stability.

The Foreign Office said in a statement that Pakistan expresses its full solidarity with the Lebanese government and people in this difficult time.

The Foreign Office statement called on the United Nations and third countries to take immediate notice of the Israeli aggression and said that immediate steps should be taken to prevent further tension and hold the occupying forces accountable.

Last night, there was news of the brutal attacks by the Zionist regime in South Beirut and the targeting of a building located on the edge of the Al-Qaim Mosque in this area by Zionist warplanes.

Several buildings were destroyed and several people were injured in this attack.
