ATC Court grants bail to Allama Amin Shaheedi till Aug 27

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) here on Monday granted extension in the interim bail of senior Shiite Leader Allama Ameen Shahedi till August 27.

The Judge of the ATC Asif Majeed Awan heard the murder case of Madarasa-e-Taleem-ul-Qura’an principal Mufti Amanullah.

Allama Ameen Shaheedi appeared before the court and application on his behalf pleaded extension in interim bail which the court granted.

Mufti Amanullah was murdered two years ago in Madarsa-e-Taleem-ul-Qura’an in RAJA Bazaar, Rawalpindi.The Takfiri groups included the name of Majlis-e-Wehdatul Muslimeen (MWM) Central leader in this murder case of Mufti Amanullah to diver the internal rift of the Madrisa administration with notorious AhleSunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) towards Shiite Muslims.

Its pertaining to mention here that The ATC Court Rawalpindi judge Judge Majeed Awan had issued arrest warrants to Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) for Allama Amin Shaheedi , Kalb Abbas, Afzal Haider, Syed Shakeel, Jabir Abbas and Ashfaq hussain against murder of Mufti Aman ullah in the fake FIR registered against senior Shiite leaders. Allama Amin Shaheedi along with Other MWM leaders Allama Ejaz Hussain Behishti, Allama Iqbal Behishti, Allama Asghar Askari and others present before the court.
