Lashkar-e-Jhangvi terrorists attack Bannu police post, 2 officers martyred

Shiite News: Two officers were martyred and one was injured in the attack by Lashkar-e-Jhangvi terrorists on the New Sabzi Mandi police post.

According to police officials, the terrorists blew up the main gate of the police post with explosives.

After blowing up the gate, the terrorists entered and opened heavy fire, causing severe damage to nearby shops.

The electricity transformer installed in the police post fell down from the pole, which cut off the power supply to the New Sabzi Mandi.

On the other hand, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi condemned the terrorist attack on the Sabzi Mandi police post in Bannu, paid tribute to the two policemen who were martyred, expressed sympathy and condolences to the families of the martyred policemen, and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured policeman.
