Majlis-e-Ulema Maktab Ahl al-Bayt (AS) holds important organizational meeting in Quetta
Shiite News: An important meeting of Majlis-e-Ulema Maktab Ahl al-Bayt (AS) Pakistan Quetta district was held under the chairmanship of Allama Muhammad Musa Hussaini, Provincial President of Majlis-e-Ulema. In this meeting, organizational matters and future strategy were consulted.
In the meeting, Agha Ahmad Yawar Rajai was elected as the President of Quetta District (Alamdar Road) by a majority vote.
The newly elected president, while announcing his cabinet, nominated Agha Ibrahim Hussaini as Vice President, Agha Rahmat Ali Rizwani as General Secretary, Agha Syed Nasrullah Hussaini as Propaganda Secretary and Agha Manzoor Hussain Rahmani as Welfare Secretary.
On this occasion, Allama Musa Hussaini highlighted the importance of the organization and its services and said that the Majlis-e-Ulema Maktab Ahlul Bayt (AS) is an effective platform for the intellectual, spiritual and social guidance of the nation.
Speaking at the meeting, renowned religious scholar Allama Maqsood Ali Domki delivered an insightful speech on the topic of “Masjid Management”. He said that mosques need to be made the center of religious and collective leadership, so that the youth of the nation can be intellectually and practically trained.
He further said that the scholars should organize a workshop on the topic of Mosque Management in Quetta in mutual consultation.
Allama Muhammad Hashim Moosavi, speaking on the topic of “Unity of Scholars”, said that mutual cooperation of the scholars is indispensable for the unity and solidarity of the nation.
Maulana Zulfiqar Ali Saeedi, General Secretary of Majlis-e-Ulema Balochistan, introduced the organization and explained its aims and objectives, saying that the mission of Majlis-e-Ulema is knowledge, unity and service.
Finally, prayers were offered for the integrity of the country, the unity of the nation and the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs.
