MWM Gilgit-Baltistan intra-party elections, Syed Ali Rizvi re-elected as president

Shiite News: Agha Ali Rizvi was once again elected as the President of MWM Gilgit-Baltistan with a huge majority.

The two-day provincial organizational convention of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen was held in Gilgit, in which all the party unit office bearers presented their performance reports.

Intra-party elections were held on the second day of the convention. The electoral college exercised its franchise in the election.

As a result of the election, Syed Ali Rizvi was elected as the provincial president of MWM Gilgit-Baltistan with a huge majority.

In addition to Syed Ali Rizvi, Sheikh Nayyar Abbas Mustafavi and Arif Qanbari were also candidates for the provincial presidency.

Local journalists and notables also observed the transparency of the election conducted by the MWM Election Commission.

A separate booth was arranged for secret voting, while all the other processes were completed in front of the camera.

MWM Pakistan Vice Chairman Allama Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi congratulated the newly elected president and administered the oath to him.

MWM Secretary Political Asad Abbas Naqvi congratulated Agha Ali Rizvi on his success.
