We are ready to make every sacrifice for national defense, Islami Tehreek Skardu

Shiite News: A ceremony was held under the auspices of Islami Tehreek Pakistan District Skardu to mark the 46th founding anniversary of the Islamic Movement.

The special guest of the ceremony was Agha Baqir Hussain Al-Hussaini, President of Anjuman Imamia Baltistan. On this occasion, President of Anjuman Imamia Baltistan Agha Baqir Hussain Al-Hussaini, Deputy Imam of Friday Sheikh Jawad Hafezi, President of Islamic Movement District Skardu Sheikh Hassan Falsafi, General Secretary Sheikh Ahmed Turabi, President of Gamba Skardu Sheikh Sarwar Mir, Islamic Movement Assembly candidate from Constituency No. 2 Shabbir Hafezi and others addressed the gathering and said that national integrity is part of our faith. The enemy should not consider our pacifism as weakness, we are ready to sacrifice everything for the defense of the country and will stand by the armed forces.

The speakers further said that just as we defeated the enemy in the Kargil war of 1948 and 1999, if war is imposed by India, we are ready to give a befitting reply. They said that at present, attempts are being made to occupy our mountains and lands at the behest of foreign masters, which we will never allow. If Pakistan needs anything, we are ready to give it generously, but we are not ready to give even a single stone to fill the coffers of the rulers.
