Lawyers across Punjab on complete strike against atrocities in Gaza

Shiite News: A complete strike has been called by lawyers across Punjab, including Lahore, today to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Gaza and against the massacre of innocent Palestinians by Israel.

The lawyers have gone on strike today on the appeal of the Punjab Bar Council. Due to the strike, lawyers are not appearing in the sessions and civil courts as well as special courts.

President Lahore Bar Association Mubashir Rehman says that the international community should put pressure on Israel over human rights violations in Gaza, and the ongoing massacre in Gaza should be stopped immediately.

Lahore Bar President Mubashir Rehman further said that we strongly condemn Israeli barbarity, the silence of Arab rulers regarding Israel is regrettable, those who massacred Palestinian children and turned Gaza into a pile of rubble must be held accountable.
