Iranian Chief Justice holds important meeting with top judiciary of Pakistan

Shiite News: Iranian Chief Justice Hojatoleslam Walmuslimin Gholam Hossein Mohseni met with Pakistan’s top judicial officials during the 20th summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Hangzhou, China.

Mentioning the good relations between Iran and Pakistan in various fields, he said: We believe that Iran and Pakistan can play a valuable role in strengthening regional and global peace and security by promoting joint cooperation.

Hojatoleslam Mohseni said that Iran and Pakistan can confront challenges that threaten common interests through the exchange of information in various fields.

He condemned the barbaric crimes of the occupying Zionist regime in Gaza and criticized the criminal silence of the United Nations and the international community in this regard.

In this meeting, Pakistan’s Chief Justice Yahya Afridi said that we always attach importance to cooperation with the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

He invited the Iranian Chief Justice to visit Pakistan to discuss various judicial matters.

The Pakistani Chief Justice clarified that judicial cooperation between the two countries should not be limited to the level of the highest judicial authorities.

Yahya Afridi emphasized the continuation of meetings of senior judicial officials, identifying common solutions to overcome the current challenges.
