Allama Abid Hussaini announces to establish Awami Militia in Kurram

Shiite News: Former senator and senior religious scholar Allama Abid Hussain Hussaini has announced the establishment of a private militia to protect the lives and property of the people in Kurram district.

He says that for seven months, the people have been besieged and subjected to a situation worse than Palestine and Gaza.

Addressing a large gathering at Kashmir Chowk Parachinar, Allama Abid Hussaini said that the people are being deceived in the name of unrest in Kurram district, due to which the road is not being opened despite the peace agreement.

He said that our two trucks loaded with goods to distribute Ramadan packages to the poor and orphans have been standing in Talshahr since the first of Ramadan, for which a daily rent of Rs. 20,000 is being paid. These games and atrocities with the public are not acceptable in any way.

Allama Abid Hussaini said that the people of Kurram district have been suffering from the worst siege for seven months, people are dying due to lack of treatment and food and business life has been completely paralyzed.

He said that disappointed with the government’s performance, the process of recruiting a public volunteer force will be started from tomorrow so that the people can be saved from unrest and practical steps can be taken to protect their lives and property.

Secretary General and Village Chairman of Tehreek-e-Hussaini Syed Akhlaq Hussain, Syed Arif Hussain and Haji Yunus also addressed the protest meeting.
