Allama Sajid Naqvi stresses on providing the benefits of oil price cuts to public

Shiite News: Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, while commenting on the Prime Minister’s decision to spend the benefits of oil on some other item instead of transferring them to the public despite the decline in global oil prices, said that it is not right to spend public money without the will of the people.

According to him, expenses for such essential items should be made from the national treasury.

In addition, he also expressed fear that this fund will disappear as it reaches the grassroots level.

Allama Sajid Naqvi further said that providing basic facilities to the people and ending inflation is the first responsibility of the government.

He suggested that the government should reconsider its decisions and pass on the benefits of the reduction in oil prices directly to the people so that inflation can be further reduced and the people can be prosperous. This will also enable the development of the country.
