Eid is actually sharing happiness, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Head Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari has said in his congratulatory statement to the Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr that “Every day on which Allah is not disobeyed is a day of Eid.”

Eid Saeed al-Fitr is not only a day of happiness, but it teaches us a lesson in empathy, compassion and sacrifice.

On this day when we are filled with happiness in our homes, we should also remember those brothers and sisters who are victims of oppression, whose hearts are sad, and who are surrounded by difficulties.

We should not forget the innocent prisoners of our country who are unjustly imprisoned, nor the families of the martyrs of the nation who are suffering the grief of separation from their loved ones.

We should also remember the innocent martyrs who fell victim to terrorism, and share the pain and sorrow of their families.

Similarly, we should also take care of the destitute, helpless and orphaned children around us so that they too can join in our joys. This Eid teaches us that sharing joy with others is the real Eid.

We can never forget that the oppressed people of Parachinar have been besieged for a long time, deprived of basic necessities and facing severe hardships.

It is our duty to feel their pain, raise our voice for them and take every possible step to help them.

On this Eid, we should pray for them that Allah Almighty may ease their difficulties and break the siege of the oppressors.

Similarly, we must remember the oppressed of the world—the defenseless Palestinians of Gaza, the brave Mujahideen of Lebanon, the oppressed people of Yemen, who are facing grave atrocities from the US, the UK and Israel.

On the day of Eid, let us express our solidarity with them, pray for their victory and success, and resolve to help them in every way possible.

This is the true spirit of Eid—to remember the oppressed in our joys, to feel their pain, and to play our part in the cause of truth and justice.

May Allah Almighty make this Eid a source of blessings, peace, justice and unity for all of us.
