Sindh government announces public holiday on Youm Ali (AS)

Shiite News: The Sindh government has announced that educational institutions will remain closed across the province on March 22 on the occasion of Youm Ali (AS).

According to a statement issued by the School Education Department Sindh, all government and private educational institutions will remain closed on the occasion of 21 Ramadan.

This holiday has been given in connection with Youm Ali (AS), so that it can be facilitated in organizing mourning gatherings and processions.

Every year, gatherings and processions are held across the country on the occasion of the martyrdom of Hazrat Ali (AS), in view of which a public holiday is given.

The Sindh government declares a holiday in the province every year on the occasion of Youm Ali (a.s.) to facilitate the devotees.
