Bus blast in Noshki: 7 killed, 20 injured in Lashkar-e-Jhangvi attack

Shiite News: According to Pakistani security officials, the bus was going from Noshki to Taftan when a blast occurred on the way, and the death toll is feared to increase.

Police have cordoned off the area and launched further operations, while rescue officials are shifting the dead and injured to the hospital.

Emergency has been imposed in the hospitals of Noshki after the blast. According to hospital sources, 7 people were killed and 20 injured in the blast, while the condition of three of the injured is said to be critical.

According to SHO Zafar Baloch, the attack on the bus was allegedly a suicide attack and the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi was involved in it.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, while condemning the explosion near a bus on the Nushki-Dalbandin highway, has said that he expresses his heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased. He added that we share the grief of the families of the deceased, targeting innocent people is the height of brutality.

The Interior Minister further said that anti-national elements are hatching a heinous conspiracy to create instability in the beloved homeland. Such cowardly acts cannot weaken the nation’s firm resolve.

Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind also condemned the explosion near a bus on the Nushki-Dalbandin highway and expressed regret over the loss of precious lives.

According to the spokesperson, the enemy elements are making nefarious attempts to create instability in the country, but the morale of the people cannot be lowered through terrorism.
