Stopping aid is a war crime, Muslim Ummah needs decisive action, Ishaq Dar

Shiite News: Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, while addressing a special meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), said, “I pray that the blessed month brings peace, security and prosperity to the world.”

He stressed that the current situation in Palestine demands an immediate response from the Islamic world.

He said, “Pakistan appreciates the ceasefire initiative, but humanitarian aid to Gaza has once again been stopped. Such injustice in the holy month of Ramadan is strongly condemnable.”

Ishaq Dar clarified that “blocking aid delivery is a war crime. The survival of the people of Gaza is possible only through the delivery of aid.”

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister added that “this is a decisive moment for the Muslim Ummah.

The Palestinian people do not want statements of sympathy but strong actions. We will be recognized not by our words but by our actions.”
