Despite loss of more than 200 innocent lives, government seems helpless, Allama Sibtain Sabzwari

Shiite News: Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Central Vice President Allama Syed Sibtain Haider Sabzwari has expressed concern over the failure of the government and security agencies to open the way to Parachinar.

In a conversation with a delegation of scholars at the University of Najaf, he said that at least more than 200 innocent lives have been lost in Parachinar since October 2023, but these tragic incidents have not even reached the ears of the rulers. They seem helpless, which means that this government is a facilitator of terrorists or helpless in front of them.

Allama Syed Sabtain Haider Sabzwari said that it is not possible that the security agencies cannot clear the road to Parachinar. A handful of terrorists are illegally and unconstitutionally blocking the road.

The failure to clear the road from them is regrettable and a question mark on the country’s security. We demand that the government and state institutions fulfill their responsibility by immediately clearing the road.

He stressed that providing fundamental rights to the people of Parachinar is the first responsibility of the government. He said that if the government and security agencies cannot fulfill their responsibilities, then it is a big threat to the integrity of the country and the safety of the people.
