Allama Rizvi condemns arrest warrant of Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri

Shiite News: Vice Chairman of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Allama Syed Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi has said in his condemnation statement that we consider the arrest warrant of the head of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, as clear evidence of the government’s panic and vengeful politics.

This action is a failed attempt to suppress the voice of truth and honesty.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri is a bold, fearless and principled leader, who has always stood up for the oppressed and against the oppressors. Their bravery and courageous stance cannot be shaken by such high-handed tactics.

We clearly declare that we cannot be intimidated by any coercion, threat or unconstitutional tactics.

Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen will continue its principled and popular struggle under any circumstances.

The government should focus on solving public problems instead of undemocratic tactics and abandon the method of political revenge.

We strongly condemn this illegal and vindictive action and demand that the arrest warrant be withdrawn immediately.

If the government does not abandon the path of oppression and coercion, we reserve our right to public and democratic resistance.
