Enmity with Iran will not benefit the West, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari
Shiite News: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman and former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari discussed the future of Pakistan’s relations with the US government, the situation in Afghanistan and the situation in the Middle East in an interview on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference on Tuesday.
Former Foreign Minister of Pakistan Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said in this interview that the current problems facing Pakistan have nothing to do with Iran but are related to the US’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, as a result of which the activities of terrorist groups have increased.
He said that the TTP, ISIS, and separatist rebel groups were weakened as a result of Pakistan’s military operations before the fall of Kabul, but they became active again after the US and NATO left Afghanistan.
The PPP chairman also said that the West’s conflict with Iran has also had negative effects on the region. He said that as a result of the conflict between the West and Iran, we are not able to carry out economic transactions and as a result, we are facing increasing unemployment and poverty.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari warned that the West will not benefit from the tension with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He also warned about the negative consequences of America’s double standard and the deterioration of the balance of power in South Asia, saying that Islamabad can play the role of a bridge between Beijing and Washington.
