Grand seminar on success of Iranian revolution and its effects held

Shiite News: On the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the brotherly neighboring Islamic country of Iran, a grand seminar was organized at the Minhaj-ul-Hussain Institute in Lahore in collaboration with Jamiat al-Mustafa al-Alamiyah (Relations and International Affairs Representation of Pakistan).

The seminar was attended by Dr. Masoodi, Director General of Khana Farhang Iran, Allama Dr. Muhammad Hussain Akbar, Founder and Patron-in-Chief of Minhaj-ul-Hussain Institute, Dr. Ghulam Jaber Mohammadi, Director of Education of Mustafa Pakistan, Allama Muhammad Sabtain Akbar, Superintendent of Minhaj-ul-Hussain Institute, Maulana Adnan Alvi, Administrator of Mustafa Pakistan, Maulana Liaquat Ali Awan, Maulana Zahid Hussain Bukhari, In-charge of Publication of Mustafa Pakistan, Allama Sajjad Hussain Javadi, Hajiya Khanum Ruqia Akbar, In-charge of Jamia Zainabiya, Professor Shamaila Azhar, Farwah Sabtain, Saima Rabab and other professors and students of the university.

In their address, the speakers mentioned about 22 Bahman 1357 corresponding to 11 February 1979 that the return of the founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Imam Khomeini (RA), after 15 years of exile, the announcement of the formation of a provisional government, the joining of many soldiers to the Islamic Revolution, the pledge of allegiance to the Imam by the Air Force, and the participation of people in large-scale demonstrations on the orders of Imam Khomeini (RA) led to fruitful events that ultimately culminated in the success of the Islamic Revolution.

On 22 Bahman, the 2500-year-old rotten system of the monarchy was overthrown and the fifteen-year struggle of the people under the leadership of Imam Khomeini (RA) was successful and the great Islamic Revolution in Iran was successful.

The Iranian people celebrate the Ashra Fajr and the Day of their freedom and independence from global arrogance every year. This great revolution is indebted to the pure blood of the martyrs, the struggle of the Iranian nation, and the leadership of Imam Khomeini. The Iranian nation is confident that this revolution will be connected to the global revolution of Hazrat Mahdi (a.s.) and they will also celebrate the establishment of a divinely just government during the time of the appearance of Hazrat Qaim (a.s.).

In their speeches, the speakers shed full light on the effects and blessings of the Islamic Revolution and said that today the Islamic Republic of Iran has enlightened the world in such a short time that just as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sacrificed everything for the glory of Islam, endured difficulties, and stood firm despite the sacrifices of his loyal companions and loved ones, and laid the foundation of an Islamic state.

Similarly, Imam Khomeini, who received his teachings, illuminated the image of Islam before the world and laid the foundation of an Islamic government by overthrowing the Pharaoh of the time in the light of the teachings of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad (a.s.), which is truly a bright image of Islam.

The superpowers of the world also tried their best and failed. Today, Iran is once again raising the flag of Islam under the leadership of its beloved leader Ayatollah Khamenei.

May God preserve the friendship between Pakistan and Iran and may these neighboring Islamic countries, which have always stood side by side, establish unity and harmony between these two brotherly countries.

Just as they have stood side by side in difficult times, may they continue to promote this brotherhood in the future as well. Finally, a special prayer was offered for the integrity of the country of Pakistan and the brotherly Islamic country of Iran.
