Events in Syria are increasing courage of terrorist groups, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry

Shiite News: Pakistan has said that the events in Syria will increase the courage of terrorists.

Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra said during her weekly press conference in Islamabad on the changes taking place in Syria that Islamabad is deeply concerned about the current situation in Syria.

She said that the current situation in Syria could lead to instability in the region and encourage terrorist groups.

Mumtaz Zahra described the promotion of peace and security in Syria as extremely important for the stability of the region.

She said that Pakistan supports international efforts to maintain the unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria and is ready to cooperate in every possible effort to reduce tensions.
