Most wanted commander of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi killed
Shiite News: Afghan security forces sources say the slain leader was shot dead while he was returning to his place after attending a lunch hosted by the Afghan Taliban along with his other associates.
Pakistani security officials have said that the head price of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi commander Shahid Umar was set at Rs 10 million. The slain outlawed leader had been in Bagram prison for 8 years.
The Afghan and Pakistani governments have not issued any statement regarding the death of the leader of the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.
However, sources say that Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has confirmed the death of Rahimullah alias Shahid Umar.
