Parachinar roads blocked since 20 days, Senator Allama Raja Nasir meet Asad Qaiser
Shiite News: MNA Engineer Hameed Hussain, Chairman MWM Pakistan Senator Allama Raja, Parliamentary Leader of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan, met former speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser and member of PTI National Assembly Atif Khan.
The deteriorating law and order situation in Kurrram district, especially Parachinar and the crisis situation arising after the closure of the main highway was discussed.
MNA Engineer Hameed Hussain while discussing the latest situation of Kurram district in detail said that after the recent terrorist incident, the land connection of Kurram district with other parts of the country has been cut off because Kurram district is not connected to other parts of the country. The only highway connecting Tal Parachinar has been closed for the past 17 days.
Due to which the residents of the area have been trapped and human tragedy is taking place because due to road closure, patients are facing severe problems due to shortage of medicines in hospitals. It is impossible to transfer critical patients to Peshawar for treatment.
Educational institutions have remained closed for the past 17 days and farmers are facing severe problems in farming due to non-availability of oil in pumps and acres of land feared to be barren.
He further said that the government’s action in Kurram district not visible, terrorists are targeting passengers on important highways every day, but the government itself is involved in such incidents.
It should be noted that the top and provincial leadership of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen is continuously working to improve the tense situation in Parachinar.
Along with raising a strong voice against this brutality on the floor of the Senate and the National Assembly, efforts are being made to resolve the issues through high-level contacts and meetings at the Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar levels. Hopefully, the issues will be resolved soon.
