CTD arrests 3 dangerous terrorists of banned Lashkar Jhangvi

Shiite News: In a statement released by the Counter-Terrorism Department, it was said that after the police constable was martyred by terrorists, the CTD acted on the informant and arrested three terrorists of the outlawed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Farhad, Haji Rehman and Mohammad.

The police recovered 3 pistols and organizational literature from the possession of the arrested accused.

During investigation, the accused revealed that they belong to the Maulana Bashir group of the outlawed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and it was he who gave them the task of attacking the police in Karachi.

The statement said that the weapons recovered from the accused will be sent to the laboratory for analysis and more revelations are expected from them in the investigation.

It should be noted that on June 3 this year, terrorists fired at the police in Sohrab Goth area, as a result of which Constable Muhammad Yasin Shaheed and Constable Salman Abbas were injured.
