Takfiris included in 4th Schedule in Sindh

Shiite News: As many as 174 people included in the Fourth Schedule in Sindh belong to various organizations. These persons are placed in three different categories.

Out of 174 people included in the list of Fourth Schedule under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 in different districts of Sindh, 31 people are currently in jail.

These persons belong to different organizations, including 4 from Al-Qaeda, one from Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), 2 from Daesh, one from Harakat Al-Mujahideen, one from Hizb-ul-Tahrir, 3 from Jamaat-ul-Harar, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Jamaat-ud-Dawa 4, Jundullah 8, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi 12, Sipah Sahaba Pakistan 55, Sunni Tehreek 6, Tehreek-e-Taliban Afghanistan 2, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan 30, Tehreek-e-Taliban Swat 2, Sindh Revolutionary Army (S) RA) and 25 members of Jai Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM) are included.

Since 2004 in Sindh, 938 persons have been included in the Fourth Schedule, out of which 761 persons have been de-notified from time to time.

Persons listed in the Fourth Schedule are placed in three different classifications (A, B, C). Persons involved in terrorism have been placed in “A” category, numbering 114. The persons involved in facilitating terrorism have been placed in “B” category, whose number is 34

While in the “C” category there are persons who are suspected of spreading communalism or having links with banned parties or suspicious persons, the number of persons included in the C category is 26.

The persons included in the fourth schedule attend the respective police station every week while the CTD monitors and supervises the persons included in this list.
