Head of Al Qaeda Sindh hided in Kotri city

The mastermind of Safoora Goth carnage, Tahir Minhas disclosed that the head of Al Qaeda Sindh, Ummer Kateo hided from the law enforcement agencies in the Kotri City.

Tahir Minhas is under police custody, arrested in connection with the Safoora Goth carnage and killing of rights activist Sabeen Mahmud, the “well-educated” criminals have confessed to grenade attacks on schools, bomb attacks on police vans, a naval officer and a Rangers brigadier, a gun attack on an American educationist and targeted killing of police officials.

Tahir told investigators that Al Qaeda Sindh Chief was his neighbor in Kotri city, and he had joined Al Qaeda on Kateo’s suggestion. Tahir and his associates have also disclosed that they worked with fake names and after completion of every terrorist activity, their fake names are changed too. Tahir confessed he and his associates killed seven police men, three members of Bhori community and three MQM workers.

“I killed a Hindu boy in 2006, and went to Jail. I rejoined Al Qaeda as commander in 2009, when I released from Jail.”
