Shiite News: Central leader Allama Syed Mubarak Ali Mousavi and President Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen district Lahore Najam Khan while addressing a press conference at Wahdat House Punjab Secretariat along with Sheikh Imran Ali, Aftab Hashmi Maulana Shams Al Husnain and other leaders said that Azadari Syed Al-Shahada is our worship and no obstacle or restriction is accepted on it.
The administration did not take any action against the firing incident on the mourning procession in Sheikhupura. In view of the seriousness of the situation, the miscreants should be reined in. It is the responsibility of the government to protect the Majalis and Jaloos and mourners.
The murderers involved in the incident are on the prowl, there is concern in Millat Jafaria against this administrative negligence and carelessness, these handful of terrorists should be arrested immediately and brought to justice.
He said that the Takfiri elements in Sheikhupura made announcements of Shia genocide from the mosques over the speakers, but the administration showed indifference and no action was taken. Azadari has been banned by the government and administration, we strongly condemn all these unconstitutional and illegal measures, it is totally against the law to file an FIR for organizing majlis in Talagang.
These unjustified and illegal FIRs should be quashed immediately. He said that the nefarious intentions of limiting the mourning of Syed-ul-Shahada to four walls will not succeed, this is our religious, constitutional and fundamental right.
The leaders said that on behalf of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, sabeels were planted in some cities, which we appreciated from the platform of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen, but on the contrary, the administration on behalf of the Maryam Nawaz government has canceled the mourning processions and congregations that have been held for years.
On whose initiative did the Punjab government take these measures, the mourning procession in Okara was attacked by the police and women mourners were brutally tortured.
Where is the justice, the ancient procession that has been going on for two centuries has been stopped. In Lahore cantt, the police violated the sanctity of Alam e Pak. Desecration has been done which has seriously hurt the sentiments of the mourners.
Punjab government should solve all these problems immediately. If these issues are not resolved immediately, a protest plan will be announced.
