143 Scholars, Zakireen of Sindh banned during Muharram
Just before Muharram, a ban was imposed on scholars and Zakireen in Karachi.
In this regard, according to the notification issued by the Sindh Home Department, the ban imposed for 60 days will be applied.
According to the Interior Department, on the recommendation of the IG, a ban has been imposed on the speeches and travel of 143 scholars and zakirs of 13 districts.
The Sindh Interior Department says that in view of the law and order situation, a ban has been imposed on scholars and zakireen.
Mourning, congregations are the moral and religious right of the Shia community, instead of providing peace and order, the government of Sindh imposed a ban. This step of the government is very unfortunate.
For the sake of peace and order, Takfiri terrorists should be banned, not the scholars and zakireen of the peace-loving nation.
In this regard, the people on social media recorded a strong protest and demanded the Sindh government and the federal government to take steps for peace and order, but they will not accept the ban on scholars and zakireen under any circumstances.
This notification should be withdrawn immediately and the ban on these scholars and zakireen should be lifted.
