DC Skardu attempt to seize public owned land

DC Skardu, administration and police tried to occupy the public land by force in Skardu.
Despite the efforts of the scholars, the work was stopped by sending the police.

Today, protestors blocked the Karakoram highway under the leadership of Allama Ejaz Behishti, the central leader of Majlis Wahdat al-Muslimeen. A sit-in is being held near Kachora Shaheed Bridge.
Due to which thousands of tourists are stranded. It is the incompetence of the administration that is trying to occupy the public land illegally, which has spread serious concern among the people.
Negotiations with the management of the four-member delegation have failed, due to which the protest has intensified. The participants of the sit-in have started marching towards Condor.
