MWM Karachi launched awareness campaign to prevent heat stroke

Shiite News: Political Secretary of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Karachi Division Allama Mubasher Hasan has said that in view of extreme heat and risk of heatstroke a Sabeel Shohadai Karbala (AS) will be started for the convenience of citizens in Karachi.

Along with this, heat stroke prevention awareness campaign was also conducted.

Allama Mubashir Hasan said that the provincial government has not taken any practical measures so far to prevent extreme heat and heat stroke across Karachi.

During the past years, hundreds of precious human lives were lost due to heat stroke in Sindh, including Karachi, and houses were devastated.

This year too, severe heat and heatstroke are being predicted in Karachi, but despite this, no practical steps have been taken by the Sindh government to protect human lives, which is condemnable.

Allama Sadiq Jafari said that it is the primary duty of the government to take positive steps at all levels to protect

\human lives and to start an awareness campaign to prevent heat stroke at the provincial level immediately.

Allama Mubasher demanded from the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah that concrete and practical measures should be taken immediately at all levels to protect human lives from heat stroke in the entire province including Karachi and all relevant institutions should be activated and mobilized.
