Pak-Iran gas pipeline project is in national interest, Allama Sibatin Sabzwari
Shiite News: Central Vice President of Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Allama Syed Sibatin Haider Sabzwari has said that Pak-Iran Gas Pipeline project is in national interest. Its implementation is the responsibility of the rulers.
Pakistan should do the work of drawing a line in its territory while showing national pride.
He declared the Iranian President’s visit a success, but regretted that the customary public reception was not allowed at the behest of the United States. Instead of pleasing America, Pakistani rulers should think about the people.
At present, the country is suffering from shortage of gas, petrol and electricity, and the people are suffering from inflation. While Iran, which is rich in these three reserves, wants to help its Islamic brother country Pakistan, but America is obstructing it.
During the visit of the Iranian president, no definite progress on the completion of the Iran gas pipeline, which has been pending for a long time, was formally expressed in any declaration.
While the minor deals that have been struck during the visit could have been done without the president and seem to be deals between companies and not between two countries.
The rulers should be smart and instead of flattering America, they should feel the suffering of the people. Farmers are currently waiting for rain. The support price of wheat set by the government is also very low.
The farmer works hard and produces his crop with hard work, but the government is not ready to take it. But the federal and provincial governments are paying great attention to the exhibition projects.
