Meeting of MWM District Kurram organizing committee held

Shiite News: A meeting of the District Organizing Committee was held at the District Office of the MWM.

The participants of the meeting discussed in detail about the organization and said that when many elements work together in a coordinated way, it is called a system.

Organization is the process of working together under a coordinated system to achieve common goals.

That is, the meaning of organization is to link individuality to the relationship of development by giving form to collectivity.

The leaders said that planning is a fundamental basis in organizing. Planning refers to drawing up an outline of the things to be done and finding out the methods by which the desired objectives can be achieved. Planning basically involves deciding what to do in relation to the objectives to be achieved.
